Privacy Policy

Effective & Last Updated: August 20, 2026

At DayLogic (accessible from https://daylogic.org), the privacy and security of our visitors are among our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information collected, how it is used, how third-party advertising partners (including Google AdSense) operate on our site, and how you can manage your privacy choices.

Core Principle: 100% Client-Side Processing

All calculations, text formatting, date arithmetic, timezone conversions, financial formulas, and data encoding tools on DayLogic execute entirely within your web browser. We do not transmit, collect, or store your calculation inputs, converted strings, financial figures, or personal data on any backend server.

1

Information We Collect

Because DayLogic is designed as a client-side utility suite, we intentionally minimize data collection:

  • Tool Input Data: Values, dates, text snippets, JSON strings, and numbers entered into our calculator and converter tools are processed locally via JavaScript in your browser session and never sent to our servers.
  • Contact & Feedback Information: If you contact us directly through our Contact Form or via email (happyyquokka@gmail.com), we receive only the information you voluntarily provide (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message) solely for responding to your inquiry.
  • Standard Log Files: Like most web platforms, DayLogic utilizes standard web server log files. Information logged includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and approximate click counts. These logs are used exclusively for system administration, diagnosing server health, preventing malicious abuse, and analyzing macro traffic trends. They are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

We use third-party advertising companies, specifically Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to DayLogic or other sites on the Internet.

Google DoubleClick & Advertising Cookie Disclosures

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on DayLogic.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads to users based on their visit to DayLogic and/or other sites across the Internet.
  • Third-party ad servers or ad networks may also use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see.
  • DayLogic has no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.

3

Your Advertising Choices & Opt-Out Options

You have full control over personalized advertising. You may opt out of personalized ads served by Google and other third-party vendors through the following mechanisms:

You can also configure your browser to reject cookies or notify you when cookies are placed. Please refer to your specific browser's help documentation to adjust cookie preferences.

4

Analytics & Performance (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general audience metrics, such as page popularity, browser types, and user journey flows, to improve site functionality.

Google Analytics gathers aggregated, anonymous data and sets cookies in your browser. It does not collect sensitive personal data or calculation inputs. You can prevent Google Analytics from identifying you on return visits by disabling cookies on your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
